Hello everyone, I would like to report if possible a problem on the interface station I use at work. The matrikon continues to increase an opcresponse file with a size of 930 GB and if it were not that my hd is full it would go on. If I rename this file, matrikon recreates it immediately and by doing so I can delete the old one to free my hard disk. I would like to ask what this opcresponse would be, and ask if you know a way to prevent this file from growing out of proportion.

All Matrikon OPC software has log files that are configurable to ensure they do not grow out of proportion. These settings are located in the General Logging section of the software settings.
The "opcresponse" file you indicate is not a file I know to be associated with Matrikon software. Could you specify the product you are using and the exact name of the file, please? I suspect this is the opcresponse.log file, which is an OSI Pi log file.
Thank you for reaching out to us about this regardless! ==================== Pat Hunt Solutions Consultant
