Hi Patrick,

Was trying to compile my original Centos QT5 project on windows and can not find *.lib libraries in SDK.
In my UA_Client_SDK\Lib folder only *.so libraries.

Could you please help me to find windows *.lib files?

Thank you.

Hi Vladimir,

I think you just have to download the Windows package of the SDK from the website. The Windows SDK comes as an installer.

I got it. Didn't know you have it on the web site. My bad. Thank you.

Other question.

readme tells:
Software Requirements:
To correctly build and run samples on Windows OS, the following is required:
- Microsoft Visual Studio 2008 or higher*

Is this limitation ONLY for samples?
Do my project with this libraries require vs2008(vc++ 9.0) compiler?

Thank you.

Hi Vladimir,

Unfortunately, that limitation applies to the libraries as well. We will be releasing support for additional versions of VC++ in upcoming releases.

Regards,
Patrick

:(

Just was trying to compile on QT5 (Microsoft SDK 7.1 and MinGW compiler) and that didn't work... Libraries was crushing.

Will wait for another release.

Thank you.

Vladimir, MingGW isn't on our radar at present. Is it the compiler you'd prefer to use on Windows?

No I have no preferences on MinGW.

Microsoft SDK 7.1 will work for us.

Thank you.
