Hello guys,
I am a newbie with MatrikonOPC and I have a challenge you guys may please help me with.
We have MatrikonOPC SIEMENS PLC installed at our site. There is installed on the same machine with the OPC server HDA explorer; so I would love to imagine that HDA protocol we have it licensed. We use the OPC sever for AspenTech IP21 historian; that should be confirmation of HDA protocol. However, my question is; how do I get to tell if we have the protocol for "Events and Messages" also installed or not.

Hi Tobias,
Thanks for reaching out to us and sorry for delay in response.
To check whether you have Alarm and Events support, you can test you server by connecting to OPCExplorer and then subscribing for Alarms.
