Dear All,
I am getting uncertain sub normal status for the few Siemens DCS points. We have Siemens DCS and the data is coming through Matrikon OPC tunneler to Eta Pro system. we are having issue with uncertain / subnormal status for many tags in the Eta Pro system.

Hi, Thanks for contacting MatrikonOPC Technical Support team. As I understand, you are facing issues with few tags showing quality as Bad etc.. In order to assit you further can you please provide following: Which version of Tunneller is being used at Client and Server Side. Is the Tunneller at both machines licensed? Can you please provide us Logs of Tunneller and send us to support@matrikonopc.com with the issue description. Regards, Shubhi Gogna
