Hi, i have an OPC-Client-PC which is in the same net as an Hardware Firewall. My OPC-Server-PC is behind the Firewall in a private net. Port 21379 in the Firewall is openend.
Matrikon OPC Tunneller is installed an licensed on both Computers. On Client-Side-Configuration I inserted the IP-Adress from the Firewall an I see a list of all the OPC-Servers on my OPC-Server-PC.
When I try to connect with OPC-Explorer it says
Connected: Yes State : Failed
How can I directly acces the OPC-Server-PC in Client-Side-Configuration? Is this possible or do I have to Change Firewall-Settings? I do not have Access to the Firewall!
Thanks for answers
Andi

Hi Andreas, Thanks for reaching out to us. The error could be anything like some configuration or license issue which need to be analyzed further. I request you to please reach out our Technical Support team at support@matrikonopc.com providing your license details so that we can assist you further. Regards, Shubhi Gogna
