i have an OPC-Client-PC which is in the same net as an Hardware Firewall.
My OPC-Server-PC is behind the Firewall in a private net. Port 21379 in the Firewall is openend.

Matrikon OPC Tunneller is installed an licensed on both Computers.
On Client-Side-Configuration I inserted the IP-Adress from the Firewall an I see a list of all the OPC-Servers on my OPC-Server-PC.

When I try to connect with OPC-Explorer it says

Connected: Yes
State : Failed

How can I directly acces the OPC-Server-PC in Client-Side-Configuration?
Is this possible or do I have to Change Firewall-Settings?
I do not have Access to the Firewall!

Thanks for answers
