I am New to opc server thing as we had awarded a project for gas any lasing .

Normally we are connecting our Data analyzer to a com vision server name wt256 LT .Basically the WT256LT is a small-size computer to be installed on a network as a link between analysers/data loggers/ and the FTP site/s, to which data is transferred and
temporary stored, before automatically downloaded to designated target computer/s.

The WT256LT (Web Transfer) concept is a solution that makes it possible to collect monitoring data from data loggers/analyzers and beside common RS232 communication, transfer the information via a TCP/IP based network, such as the Internet, to arbitrary target computer/s.

Once collected, the WT256LT either pushes the data, utilizing the File Transfer Protocol
(FTP) to one or several temporary FTP storage site/s, or transfer the data via common file
sharing to arbitrary network disc/s.

Now this project they need to connect a opc server to WT256 LT and this opc server cannot have internet access. we already contacted my data analyzer guys they told that we need a converter to data to modbus tcp .

so can any explain what is best plan to connect a opc server with our WT256LT and also suggest best opc software with modbus tcp support ?
