Hello,

This is in regards to a problem I am having with Matrikon Opc Server. It stops working after a couple of hours after vendors extended the trial period 30 days as they were not completed the license purchasing. It's working properly before the extension period. The workaround is to restart the service ever 2 hours. Please suggest a better solution once we can get a permanent license.

Hello

Not sure if it really helps right now as its been long time since you posted your query. This behavior is due to license expiry and thus Matrikon server running in 2 hours grace period which is available by default upon service restart. So you can either continue to restart service every 2 hours to get another 2 hours of uninterrupted functionality or else apply permanent /temp license acquired from Matrikon support by writing to support@matrikonopc.com
