to modify the users and groups on the server we use lusrmgr.msc we add the user to the administrators group, but the same error keeps coming up, maybe we should add the users in another way?
The OPC server is running on Windows server 2019.

lusrmgr.msc is how I modify users in most Windows environments that I create/use for Proof of concept work. I do not think this should be causing errors with Matrikon software. If possible it would be good to see the error that is being created. Also what product are you trying to configure?
