After installing the OPC Server for Modbus in a Windows Sever 2016 with DeltaV 13.3.1 environment Modbus OPC Server, in the main window do not permit create or import a new configuration, because the components appears offline When we tried to selecct Server Nodes Configuration, the following message is showed "The current component is offline" Edited by user Tuesday, April 19, 2022 9:01:06 PM(UTC)

Component Offline messages are typical when the main part of the product is not able to communicate to the specific component that is being called.
In the case of the Matrikon Modbus OPC server, I would double check that all related services are running and that permissions between the components are good. Running the services as different users could potentially cause this as well.
